San Francisco, CA - September 16th, 2009 - Resistor Productions today announced that its cricitically acclaimed online battle and strategy game “Disciple” has changed its name to “Clan Wars”.  The purpose of the change is to make the critically acclaimed award winning game more marketable.

“The game has done remarkably well, but most people don’t know what a Disciple is.  Given our presence on facebook we have decided to change the name to something more appealing to facebook users.” said Tobias Batton, founder and CEO of Resistor Productions.

Existing users of the game will not be effected.  Their accounts and progress in the game remain in tact, and they can continue playing as if nothing had changed.
