Prizes
The prize is for one (3) prize package containing:

Winners are responsible for providing true and correct information.
These prizes are to be awarded by Resistor Productions, LLC. (herein known as "Resistor") which is the parent company of CLAN-WARS.ORG. Prizes are not transferable. Any taxes, duty or extra fees are the responsibility of the winner. All prizes are awarded "AS IS" and without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, except as provided by the manufacturer. In the event a prize is not available Resistor will replace it with another prize of equal or greater value. No replacements will be made for non-value items (ie beta accounts).
NOTE: This contest is being operated solely by CLAN-WARS.ORG. Any issues/disputes that arise as a result of this contest will be handled by Resistor. Members are NOT to contact MMORPG.com regarding this contest.
How To Enter
Entries may be submitted by registering with clan-wars.org before May 12, 2009. All persons entering are required to have an active CLAN-WARS.ORG account with a validated e-mail address (your account must be activated). Unsubscribing from the CLAN-WARS.ORG Web site removes the entrant's eligibility to win. It is completely free to subscribe to the CLAN-WARS.ORG membership plan.
Eligibility
The drawing is only eligible to members of the CLAN-WARS.ORG Web site who are residents of a country where such contests are not prohibited by law, who are 13 years of age or older and not employees of Resistor or Resistor Partners, Resistor volunteer staff or Resistor affiliates and their families. Only one entry is allowed per person and is limited to one entry per household.
Winner Selection
THREE (3) ticket-winners will be selected on MAY 12, 2009 at 9PM PST. These tickets will be selected by a computer random number generation algorithm designed by Resistor.
Only members registered before 05/12/09 (PST) will be counted.
The winners will be notified by email as soon as possible from the time their member number is selected randomly as a winner. This notification will arrive at the outside email address they used to create their CLAN-WARS.ORG. Winners will have to confirm their prize within 24 hours by visiting their email. If after this time all prize slots have not been confirmed, we will disqualify remaining tickets and select the remaining winners by a method of our choosing.
NOTE: It is the responsibility of the entrant to visit the email they used to register with CLAN-WARS.ORG within 24 hours to claim their prize. The email notices are for courtesy only and failure to receive this email for whatever reason does not void the entrant of their responsibility to reply to the email with all information needed to send the prize.
NOTE: Winners of real prizes (XBOX) - Winners need to confirm the email from Resistor before Resistor will send out the prize to you.
Winners will be required to provide proof of eligibility (age, name and address). Information will have to match your CLAN-WARS.ORG account values.
Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize. Resistor is not responsible for late, misdirected or damaged communication of any kind including computer failure. All decisions are final. A list of winners shall be available by sending a written request to Resistor Productions, LLC. c/o contest winners, 1300 Lawton Unit 106, San Francisco CA 94122. By accepting the prize, winners agree that Resistor, its directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this giveaway.
